Submitting Photos
Submissions are subject to approval by the contest administrators. If an entry comes from outside West Virginia, the content is not appropriate or does not apply to the contest, is a duplicate, or if an entry has already been made into the contest from the registered email address, the entry will not be approved.
A minimum of 50% of all proceeds from voting go to Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association and Putnam County Animal Shelter!!
